How do I place an order?
Order online in our shop, choose a collection slot and collect from our Hanley depot. You can also message us on WhatsApp on 07352 427535 or call 01782 873547 with what you need, and we will confirm stock and have it ready for you to collect.
Do you deliver?
No. We are click & collect only. Order online and collect from Unit 4 Westmill St, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3EL, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Most orders can be collected the same day. See how click & collect works.
Do I need a membership to buy from you?
No. There is no membership, no sign-up fee and no annual fee. Trade customers and the public can both order, and everything is sold by the case.
How does click & collect work?
Order online in our shop and choose a collection day and time slot. You can pay by card online or pay when you collect. Bring your order reference with you, and your order will be ready within your slot. Collection is from Unit 4 Westmill St, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3EL, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
What is a trade code?
A trade code switches the site from public prices to trade prices. Public prices include VAT and are available to everyone. Trade prices are shown ex VAT and are only available to approved trade customers.
